To build you a banner we need either a storyboard and supporting graphics or need to know what you want to say, plus a copy of any existing graphics or logos, the file specification (if you're advertising on another site there's almost always both an exact pixel size and maximum file size requirement - plus restrictions on file type and/or animation). We'll quote a fixed price prior to starting work - cost will obviously depend on complexity and the level of creativity required...
